This is as good a spot as any... 
This feed has a mis-formatted feed. The error returned by xFeed is Error 64: misplaced XML declaration. If you're curious, the xml declaration should be on the first line of the file. This particular feed has a series of newlines before the XML declaration which freaks out xFeeds parser.
None of that probably matters to anyone. So a parser is being developed that isn't so strict and doesn't care about trivial, non-critical, formatting errors to show more feeds more times.
